PROXIMAL FEMORAL NAIL ANTIROTATION

Features

Nailing system with streamlined instrumentation.

  1. The PFNA has a medial-lateral angle of 50 This allows insertion at the tip of the greater nail antirotaion.
  2. Easy insertion and extraction of nail.
  3. Collum-center diaphyseal (CCD) angle 125 Degree.
  4. PFNA Short Nail available in 9mm, 10mm, 11mm and 12mm diameters with size ranging from 170mm, 200mm and 240mm.
  5. PFNA Long Nail available in 9mm, 10mm, 11mm and 12mm diameters with size ranging from 300mm to 420mm in 20mm increment for beach diameter.

Blade

  1. Inserting the PFNA blade compacts the cancellous bone providing additional anchoring, which is especially important in osteoporotic bone.
  2. PFNA blade has been biomechanically proven to retard rotation and varus collapse.

Screws

  1. Ø5.0mm cancellous screws for distal locking.
